Ready by 21 Leadership Council

The Ready by 21 Leadership Council is comprised of national, state and local leaders from all sectors who serve as champions for Ready by 21, especially by drawing upon their own experience implementing or supporting Ready by 21 ideas and tools.
 
Members of the Ready by 21 Leadership Council have committed to:
 
  • Play an active role in "making the case" for
    1) strengthening leadership for collective impact,
    2) increasing the quality and quantity of investments in children and youth in the United States,and
    3) defining readiness and desired youth outcomes broadly so that young people are productive, connected and healthy.
     
  • Advise on and leverage major Forum for Youth Investment ideas and initiatives to ensure that all young people are Ready by 21: Ready for college, ready for work, ready for life. 
     
  • Work to ensure that the Forum and the Ready by 21 National Partnership have the capacity and connections needed to sustain and leverage their core work.
