David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality

After-school and other out-of-school time systems throughout the United States rely on the Weikart Center’s intervention, performance metrics and aligned professional development to drive their continuous improvement efforts. These include an evidence-based intervention model (Youth Program Quality Intervention, or YPQI) and core set of instructional quality metrics (Youth Program Quality Assessment, or Youth PQA).

The Weikart Center is a division of the Forum for Youth Investment.

CSG does this by providing comprehensive evaluation services for your organization; by providing sophisticated consultation on strategic and action planning, logic model development, evaluation planning, organizational effectiveness, and organizational sustainability; and by providing unparalleled access to technology that allows leaders to work together more productively and efficiently.

Child Trends

As the nation’s only independent research and policy center focused exclusively on improving outcomes for children, Child Trends' mission is to improve outcomes for children by providing research, data, and analysis to the people and institutions whose decisions and actions affect children, including program providers, the policy community, researchers and educators, and the media.

Search Institute

This includes conducting applied research and evaluation, managing a full line catalog of products, publications and tools, providing a series of trainings, and providing an array of surveys to help leaders and communities better understand the developmental needs and strengths of youth. They are engaged with 600 plus communities.

National Conference of State Legislatures

National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) is the leading bi-partisan organization supporting state legislators and legislative staff in all 50 states, its commonwealths and territories.  NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas on the most pressing state issues.  NCSL is an effective and respected advocate for the interests of state governments before Congress and federal agencies.  The leadership of NCSL is composed of legislators and staff from across the country. 

Corporate Voices for Working Families

Corporate Voices for Working Families is the leading national business membership organization shaping conversations and collaborations on public and corporate policy issues involving working families.  A nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, Corporate Voices creates and advances innovative policy solutions that reflect a commonality of interests among the private sector both global and domestic, government and other stakeholders.  It is a unique voice, and provides leading and best-practice employers a forum to improve the lives of working families, while strengthening our nation’s economy

Children's Cabinet Network

Governors across the country are creating, cross-agency coordinating bodies, called Children's Cabinets, to help meet this growing demand.  Children's Cabinets are systematically changing the fragmented ways states typically do business for children and youth by using a data-driven, results-oriented approach.

AASA

AASA is the professional organization for more than 13,000 education leaders. AASA members advance the goals of public education and champion children’s causes in their districts and nationwide. As school system leaders, AASA members set the pace for academic achievement and help shape policy, oversee implementation and represent school districts to the public at large.
