NCSL’s 2011 Fall Forum examined federal issues and how they affect the states, as well as develop NCSL's advocacy positions before Congress and the administration.

The Fall Forum is a meeting for the Standing Committees. Like legislatures, the Standing Committees are structured to allow free and open debate.
