Federal Funds Bending toward More Flexibility

Last month the Forum hosted a meeting with officials from the U.S. Office of Management and Budget to discuss barriers to collaborative work for disconnected youth and explore possible solutions as detailed in Recommendations for Administrative Flexibility: Supporting Interagency Efforts to Reconnect Disconnected Youth. The meeting stemmed from the Forum for Youth Investment's Policy Alignment Series and Children's Cabinet Network, as well as President Obama's Memorandum on Administrative Flexibility.
