Two years ago, the Forum for Youth Investment created a resource to help answer that question. In a new blog, Alicia Wilson-Ahlstrom, one of the authors of From Soft Skills to Hard Data explains how the recently updated guide can help programs show results. And in a free webinar next week, she and other panelists will discuss the value of measuring soft skills, and how providers are embedding those skills into a comprehensive measurement system that can lead to overall program improvement.
