The 2019 Ready by 21 National Meeting has passed. We will post logistical information for the 2020 Ready by 21 National Meeting as soon as it is available.

Recommended Travel Times


We often get asked about when the activities begin and end so participants can plan their travel. We recommend:

  • Arriving in Seattle by 3pm on Tuesday, April 23rd (if you plan to participate in a pre-session, please note the start time for that session) 
  • Scheduling departure flights for 6:30pm or later on Thursday, April 25th


The Ready by 21 National Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Grand Seattle, 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101.  Click here for directions, parking and physical location.

Situated in the city's vibrant core, the Sheraton Grand Seattle Hotel provides a gateway to the diverse sights and sounds of the Pacific Northwest.  The Sheraton is walking distance to Seattle’s iconic destinations including Pike Place Market, a public market overlooking the Elliott Bay waterfront, The Space Needle, and the Seattle Aquarium. 

Hotel Accommodations

You are responsible for booking your own accommodations. We have negotiated a group rate of $199.00 per room at the Sheraton Grand Seattle located at 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101.

Airport and Ground Transportation

The closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) which is 16 miles from the venue

Taxi cabs are stationed on the 3rd floor of the garage on the north and south curb. Wheelchair Accessible Vans and 11 seat passenger vans are also available for your convenience.    Sea-Tac Airport now offers service with App Based Ride Share Companies Lyft, Uber and Wingz. Click here for more information on where to meet your Lyft or Uber rideshare.  To arrange shuttle transportation in advance, please contact these providers.

SHUTTLE EXPRESS offers SeaTac Airport transfers, Town Car-Limo service, and luxury, tour and charter transportation. Reservations required with recommend 2+ hours notice.

Link Light Rail Information and Schedule
Central Link light rail travels between Westlake Station in downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport, making 11 stops along the way. Link trains run every 7.5, 10 or 15 minutes depending on the time of day.
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 5:00am-1:00am; Sundays & Holidays, 6:00am-Midnight
Fares (one-way): Adults - $3.25; Youth ages 6-18 - $1.50; Children under 6 ride free with fare paying passenger
*Tickets must be purchased prior to boarding the train. Tickets are available at the Ticket Vending Machines on Link train platforms.
