This report describes the Ready by 21 National Partnership, the theory of change and the work of communities across the country working to implement Ready by 21 Strategies.
Ready by 21 Strategies can help state and local leaders get further faster, whether they are building a community-wide plan to improve policies and practices related to children and youth or if they are more narrowly focused on improving the quality of youth programs or leadership/coordinating bodies. To engage cohorts of state and local leaders around building key capacities, the Ready by 21 National Partnership and individual partners have offered incentivized “challenges” – big and small – that provide training, technical assistance and cross-site learning.
