Our technical assistance is built around the Four Building Blocks for Effective Change: Building Broader Partnerships, Setting Bigger Goals, Using Better Data and Taking Bolder Actions. The Forum has identified 14 critical standards that enable leaders to carry out that change. The Ready by 21 Audit process will measure your current capacities in each of these areas and help you create an improvement and measurement process customized to your needs.

The Ready by 21 Comprehensive Strategies Package bundles all Ready by 21 supports and services into a complete package for communities whose leaders have decided to work together to create a leadership improvement plan to ensure their efforts can be implemented effectively. Our technical partners join forces to ensure that leaders have access to the full range of services needed to meet capacity standards. 1. Lay the foundation (through training, partnership structure, audit and capacity plan)
2. Build capacity (using Ready by 21 offerings that address capacity gaps)
3. Track and report progress (with Ready by 21’s scorecard, online workstation and coaching)

How much does this cost?

Technical Assistance and support options will vary widely based on community needs.  Many short term technical assistance offerings to help with a specific issue can cost well under $10,000.  The Comprehensive Solution, a 3 year intensive technical assistance intervention, will cost approximately $225,000 total for the three years.
