Training Options

Distance Learning- Ready by 21 Webinars
Free webinars are offered monthly to introduce participants to the core components of Ready by 21. The webinar series is designed around the Ready by 21 Building Blocks: Building Broader Partnerships, Setting Bigger Goals, Using Better Data for Decision Making and Implementing Bolder Strategies.

Ready by 21 Institutes and Trainings
One and Two-day institutes and trainings are offered quarterly across the country on core Ready by 21 ideas and strategies. Participants explore multiple ways to apply the Ready by 21 strategies to their experience and work. They can also network and learn from others about implementation challenges and successes in a range of settings and places.

Customized Learning Sessions
Bring the training to you! Our on-site training program is the best solution no matter what you and your leadership group are working on. Ready by 21 facilitators work with communities and states across the country to evaluate their efforts and bring their best practices and thinking to you. By designing an on-site training program to match your specific needs, we work alongside your team to not only enhance your skills but also to serve as a facilitator in helping you develop, execute and evaluate a solution that’s right for your team.
